I've updated the German and Catalan resources in the pnetlib CVS tree on the
main "HEAD" trunk.
I also added a new "-l" command-line option to "resgen" in pnet CVS, that is
used to convert Latin-1 into UTF-8. Because of this, you will need to update
and rebuild pnet, because the 0.6.0 "resgen" does not understand "-l".
