[DotGNU]Portable.NET Snapshots Available

Because Savannah is still down, I have put pnet and pnetlib snapshots up on my 
Web site, taken from my own private CVS server:

These are CVS snapshots, so you need to do "./auto_gen.sh" before configuring 
and building.

The pnet snapshot is identical to the state of Savannah just before it went 
down.  The pnetlib snapshot includes MDI, ICE, and the beginnings of DCOP 
(Note: ICE and DCOP are X-specific, so you don't need to worry about 
implementing them under Win32 Neil).

If you have changes to go in, then please send me context diffs in either 
"diff -c" or "diff -u" format (your choice), together with an appropriate 
ChangeLog entry for each diff.

The FSF has asked that we not use a public CVS server until they can get 
Savannah back because they keep stumbling over more and more security bugs in 
CVS the further they probe.  Hopefully the situation will be resolved soon.
