For 8.2 only. Next pnet release, I'll rebuild for 9.0.

cscc is the c# compiler
ilrun is the il bytecode executer
for instance
cd pnet/samples
cscc -o fib.exe fib.cs
ilrun fib.exe
Thank you Jakob for these ... I almost forgot people needed to run
pnet (and not stop at compiling it :)
