[DotGNU]Implementing System.Net.Dns [TODO]

Hi All,
        I was just test running the new TcpClient.cs in the CVS when I
noticed that Dns.GetHostName() does not work . A closer inspection
proved that I was right and it was fully TODO ...

So I would like to ask someone to pick that class and kill it ...
It should be fairly straightforward .. ie a couple of internalcalls,
the wrappers into pnet/support for netdb.h funcs , and finally editing
Dns.cs

I just wish rhys would put in the InternalCall support into the cscc
(just like the DllImport hack !)
