[DotGNU]The Virtual Remote Server project

Several weeks ago I posted an brief idea about
distributed webservices server:

Since then, I have been working with Chris Smith, the
developer of Goldwater, and the idea is moving ahead
rather quickly.   Much more design documnetation and
perhaps even some initial test code will be available
soon.  I was considering starting a Savannah site
soon, but I saw a mention about a dotGNU CVS.  Is
there such as thing?
