Yes.

No. But I don't think that is a major problem. Adblock Edge is still
listed as extensions on the Icedove page and the Adblock Edge page
should list Icedove as a program it is an extension for.

Icemonkey isn't a page on the directory, so no, at this time we won't be
making subpages of non-existent pages.
