[directory-discuss] Moving IceCat extensions

We are going to be moving all the IceCat extensions to be subpages of
IceCat.

So for instance you will see that:
<https://directory.fsf.org/wiki/Adblock_Edge>

Now redirects to:
<https://directory.fsf.org/wiki/IceCat/Adblock_Edge>

When moving existing pages, please leave behind a redirect.
