arg... this is due to updates not fully propagating. If you look at the
bottom of the bug report, it says that it's in the "GNU review"
category. MediaWiki just isn't showing it on the category page.
Joshua said that he might put the site in read-only mode and then
re-initialize the site database so that problems like this that have
accumulated will get fixed. Though it probably won't be a solution for
more problems like this in the future.
