Animation during Playback

At present whenever you are playing back a score the Denemo Display
shows a moving blue highlight for the currently playing note(s) and
moves the cursor to the next screenfull as the music plays. This
happens even though you may be looking at the Print View or the
Playback View, which is not helpful.
I've arranged that this does not happen now - if you start playing from
the Print View the cursor moves to the start and remains there unless
and until you move the focus to the Denemo Display, whereon the usual
animation of the cursor resumes.
