I've tested the 2.0.4 mingw zip and .exe files (well someone else tested
the zip actually). There are two problems, the 2.0.4 zip is actually
current master. And, the .exe crashes on startup with a cairo failure.
I'll try the 0.0.0 exe tomorrow.
