there seems to be something wrong with the zip file version at 

http://denemo.org/~jjbenham/gub/uploads/denemo-mingw-2.0.0.zip

as it's only 8.4K in size:

denemo-mingw-2.0.0.zip  26-Oct-2015 14:48       8.4K     

I've tested the installer
http://denemo.org/~jjbenham/gub/uploads/denemo-2.0.0-0.mingw.exe

and that seems to have everything working.
