[Denemo-devel] Score Layout improvements

While creating a score layout that alternated verse and chorus (re-using
the music for these, but switching verses) I realized that there were
some enhancements that would make this sort of thing easier.
Now you can add movements to your score layout in any order you like and
re-order them too.
So given one movement with music and verses and one with music and
chorus you can alternate the verse movements and chorus movements in the
score layout, leaving just one verse in each of the verse movements in
the layout. This is much neater than physically creating extra movements
with the verses and substituting the music as I described.
This is in git now.
I've also made the Score Layout more attractive (and so easier)to look
at ...
