I found that mingw build was already relocatable. http://denemo.org/~jjbenham/gub/uploads/denemo-1.2.0-win_rococ_test.zip

I tested it in windows 7 and the fonts did not show. I going to see if I can run fc-cache or something in a script. Do you know how to set environment variable in windows?

The symptom is that after installing without re-booting usually the
fonts aren't found. For a long while I was also getting problems
uninstalling on windows, but this seems to have been fixed (by them I
guess).

I recall there was some module-finding executable that was supposed to
be run *at installation time* but I could not execute it even by hand.
The purpose of that executable was to write a configuration file.
