This is more difficult. If I create a new score, add some notes, e.g.
quarter c d e fis g f, add a cautionary accidental for the f, and
refresh the print preview, the cautionary accidental does not show. On
the other hand, if I save this score, close it and open it again, the
cautionary accidental does show.
