[Denemo-devel] MIDI instrument names

Jeremiah, there is a list of MIDI instrument names which I think has
been thrown out with the Score Wizard, it was used by the staff props
dialog which now has a useless combo. Can you get that back? Basically
it was mapping instrument names to GM channel numbers (IIRC), there was
some fuzzy logic code to recognize hand written versions (madness,
surely) as well, but there is no need to expend effort on that.
