[Denemo-devel] Chord symbols, fix for N.C.

The latest lilypond (which is being built with the windows installer for
denemo) does not tolerate rests in the Chord symbols. Skips work, so I
have substituted these. (This avoids every note that does not have a
chord being labelled N.C. which someone on irc freenode#denemo
reported).

I think we should freeze the sources now for the release. This means
that only showstopper bugs can be fixed. These are bugs that seriously
prevent people from using the program for significant uses (no
workarounds/potential loss of data etc).
If the windows build must go ahead with a cutting edge LilyPond, so be
it. Let's aim to to release by Mid-week if no showstoppers emerge.
