Jeremiah, i appreciate it won't make it into this build, but this is a
reminder to you that jackmidi input is not working yet, and the
previous midi input, which i assume is alsa, after irc chat with Nils
and Richard, is not working either.

Pressing midi input creates a new set of outputs mirroring the current
outputs with a -01 version suffix, in addition to the existing
outputs, but doesn't add an input.
