Follow-up Comment #1:
I think you need to put iexplore.exe in the preferences box, since that is
the file that is in the path. Instead you have given the whole of the path and
the filename, which it is then trying to find in the path.
It would be nice if it tried both things for you, so I'll leave this bug
open. But just cut out the path and it should work for you.
