[Denemo-devel] Context stuff & Portaudio V19

I've checked the context stuff and the Portaudio version 19 code to the
git repository.
The new portaudio stuff is protected by
#ifdef PORTAUDIO_VERSION_19
which is not defined. Do you have the latest portaudio, Jeremiah, for
testing this?
Shall I create a templates directory now in the top level, and put
examples in the examples directory to replace the old LilyPond examples
there?
