[Denemo-devel] An example of an ossia done in Denemo

I attach a first pass at creating a denemo template which has a staff
for putting ossia into a score. (These are the small bits of staff that
appear above the main staff, giving an alternative rendering for a few
notes or a cue etc).
This can probably done in a more flexible way, but it gives an idea of
what is possible with the new denemo.
