[Denemo-devel] Staff->properties->space above bug

If you use the staff properties to set space above non-zero the mouse
positioning fails. This bug is present in the release and CVS.
The patch here partly corrects the bug. The note positions are correctly
selected, but the selection of which staff has been clicked on is still
wrong.
The patch is to mousing.c and includes the off-by-one bug (ie it is a
patch on CVS).
