[Dctc-general] DCTC linkage to OpenSSL violates GPL

Hi!

Just a reminder because we have it already somewhat discussed
(altough w/o conclusion) at http://bugs.debian.org/192796
with possible solutions.

What are you going to do about this?

Currently the problem prevents any newer DCTC to migrate to testing
distribution and thus - to be ever released in stable Debian release.

But In the long run this may result in dctc/dcgui being removed from
Debian completly as dctc binaries are not legally distributable.
