Summary: unable to kick users not connected to hub

Original Submission: it seems that still a problem with users exists not
connected to hub anymore but still in userlist.
it's impossible to remove users from userlist which don't have an connection to
the hub via kick or something else.

I have made a little change in the code, perhaps it will fix the problem. Tell
me if it works as I expect :)

is there a problem if the hub isn't able to change the connectionstate ?
'cause the real connection to the user (netstat) is already gone...

I have seen the same problem on my hub. Some users are in the userlist be we
can't kick them :-(
