Summary:  External Program defunct on close

Original Submission:  When an external program (like bot) close or crash, the 
process is mark as defunct.

I fixed the bug on the 0.4.1 version.

a known Problem (at least for me) already seen in prior versions. The Problem 
is that only the prozeß opened the outside prog is able to close it. In our 
case this is the hub. So if an extprog is started, the hubsoft however needs to 
save the prozeß it has started with the extprogname, and close it when the 
extprog leaves :( - otherwise the prozeß is killed when restarting the hub...
