I didn't remove the other kick-commands
just modified:
(cmd -kick) do_kick to disconnect only on ip or nick
(cmd -tbanip, -pbanip) do_banip to use a third paramter for ban-duration or 
otherwise using db-values KICKPERMBAN(days) or KICKTEMPBAN(minutes) - I think 
where's no reason for an ban-duration below one minute ;)
