Thanks again.

I've rebased the patch against latest Git, and for your convenience,
I have attached the diff between *.1 generated from latest master
versus those generated by the new help2man.

As the upstream help2man has trailing whitespaces etc., and there-
fore the patch help2man.diff also has them, I had to commit with
--no-verify because the new exemption is in the same patch.
I hope that's okay.
