The spanish capitalization seems to be ok. Maybe this doesn't matter but:
(date-time . "~a ~d ~b ~H:~M:~S~z ~Y")
according to my unix date, should be:
(date-time . "~a ~b ~d ~H:~M:~S~z ~Y")
