[certi-dev] Help with Certi Demos using macos El Captain

Hello,
Up to know, the environment HLA-PTII in Ptolemy allowing for distributed 
simulation works well on Windows, Linux and macos up to 10.8.5 (Mountain 
Lion) following the User Manual. But it does not work following these 
instructions for 10.11 (El Captain).
