Hello

What is the difference between kernel and CERTI HLA1.3 and HLA1516
, can you explain for me please?

HLA13 is the API which conforms to HLA 1.3 SISO document and mostly to RTIG-NGv6 API .
HLA1516 is the API which conforms to IEEE-1516-2010 API

Both API are implemented by CERTI on top of the "CERTI Kernel" because
basically HLA1516 and HLA1.3 do not differ so much that we need to have very
different implementation of the same service in 1.3 or 1516.

CERTI kernel factors out at the implementation level all necessary features
needed for HLA1.3 and IEEE-1516.

I hope it's clear.
