Looks like we should include <pthread.h> in xorriso/xorriso_private.h.

Will do so tomorrow, commit to bzr and svn, and make a GNU xorriso-1.4.5
tarball. Then i will break out the NetBSD VM and check whether the OS
specific changes compile. (Regrettably there is only a virtual CD-ROM
attached. So i cannot make burn experiments.)
