Thanks, that works!

1. Why is this hsts=0 instead of hsts=off? Are there more possible 
values than boolean?

2. All other options I use are identical arguments on command-line and 
in wgetrc. Why is this different? How about adding a note to the 
man-page like "use --no-hsts or hsts=0"?
