[Bug-wget] wgetrc: "no-hsts" fails

--no-hsts works as an interactive option, but not in wgetrc. With a line 
"no-hsts" I get:

> wget: Syntax error in /etc/wgetrc at line XX.
> Parsing system wgetrc file failed. Please check '/etc/wgetrc', or 
> specify a different file using --config.

How to set this in wgetrc?
