Already done. That's how ALL the web pages on Savannah are edited.

That's good, but where are the license revision histories published? I could not find them on Savannah. I searched for "license", "licenses", "GPL", "General Public License", etc. I even looked at http://web.cvs.savannah.gnu.org/viewvc/. All to no avail.

We've made several trivial changes to gpl-3.0.texi since it first came out: we've removed the @node and @unnumbered lines at the start, for example. It'd be nice to be able to see these trivial changes listed conveniently at Savannah.
