That's good, but where are the license revision histories published? I
could not find them on Savannah. I searched for "license", "licenses",
"GPL", "General Public License", etc. I even looked at
http://web.cvs.savannah.gnu.org/viewvc/. All to no avail.
We've made several trivial changes to gpl-3.0.texi since it first came
out: we've removed the @node and @unnumbered lines at the start, for
example. It'd be nice to be able to see these trivial changes listed
conveniently at Savannah.
