Details:

Non conforming packages fail to install,
even when a correct installation is possible.

The procedure aborts with this error:

can't read "src_interface": no such variable

A patch is available. The patch is in unified format, and can
be applied to the source file

src/sourceinstall.tcl.in

or directly to the installed sourceinstall.tcl file with a command like
this:

$ patch /usr/local/bin/sourceinstall.tcl < PATCHFILENAME.udiff
