Details:

All GNU Source Installer functionality will be implemented in a C library,
with a hopefully good and documented API.

This way it should be much easier to build other interfaces to GNU Source
Installer.

After this libsrcinst is complete, I'll proceed to reimplement the command
line version of sourceinstall on top of libsrcinst.

A good GTK designer will be needed to build the first alternative GUI.
