[bug-recutils] four PO files were dropped from git

Hi,

Looking at git today, I noticed that there are fewer PO files
in your repository than at the TP.  Looking back in history,
four PO files were (probably accidentally) deleted in January
when old gnulib stuff was removed.

Please pull in the de.po, fi.po, nl.po and sv.po again.
