I noticed that the EXTENDED NUMBER FORMAT magic number is written as
0542 which made me believe it's in octal while it's actually decimal.
It may not be a bug per see since it's never mentioned that it's in
octal, unlike the other magic number but a number with a leading zero
tends to suggest that. In any case, I'd suggest that it's changed to
01036.
