Modifying the ncurses line graphics table so, that it work

After they pointed me, where table of line graphics charapters is
defined in code, i tried to modify. I still try to replace square
corners with rounded.
I replaced standard (neither thick nor double) corners in lib_wascs,
then reinstalled. But i still get square corners. Even recompilation of
e.g., mc, as well as replacements of thick and twin corners to same
rounded (though there is no thich and double rounder corners) did not
change anything.
