Hi Thomas,

Oddly enough I can not reproduce this issue now.
There were minor updates to XCode in the meantime, but I don’t think Command 
Line Tools changed.

Either way, ncurses builds fine for me with XCode 8.3.1 and Clang 8.1.0.
