No worries. I had dropped the ball until today. :)
Let me use the opportunity to point you to the Debian patch tracker,
again: I nearly forgot to tell you I have collected a few more!
http://patch-tracker.debian.org/package/mailutils/1:2.2+dfsg1-4
In particular, I just checked the current state of master, and it'd seem:
- lber_ldadd.diff: needs to be considered. Fixes builds with
binutils-gold.
- ssl_key_permission_check.diff: needs to be discussed, see comments in
the patch.
- fix_FTBFS_with_format-security.diff: needs to be fixed, but needs
adapting in the new codebase. I see some of the occurrences are now
fixed, but apparently others are still affected.
- refresh_mh_fmtgram.diff: this just fixes autogenerated code from
mh/mh_fmtgram.y, so can be ignored.
- gnutls_deprecated_set_priority.diff: this is a backport from Simon's
fixes, so can be ignored.
- sieve.scm_help_output.diff: _please_ apply this trivial one. The script
has been renamed to sieve2scm, but it still applies. The cosmetic
changes allow me to generate a somewhat useful manpage for Debian
automagically using help2man.
- mailutils.scm_variables.diff: we discussed that mailutils.scm had some
problems with its path autogeneration. Apparently it hasn't changed in
git. Any chance we can get this addressed with a real fix?
- disable_am_gnu_radius.diff: regarding this one, I proposed addign
radius.m4 to gnulib; was there any progress with that?
- remove_MAXHOSTNAMELEN.diff: ignore; backport of your Hurd fixes. If
only the Hurd was able get a build done...
will discuss with the Hurd maintainers when I have some time).
Thanks for considering. Let's see if I can build 3.0.0 without patches. :)
