The utter impossibility of building a devel version RPM

Yes, I changed this quite recently, so people can always get the
latest Type1 fonts for building PDFs.

Remove MAKE_PFA_FILES=1 if you want the build to succeed (it will also
be a lot faster). We'll have to look at how to handle the parmesan
file in a better way.
