bug#41120: uvesafb service is unsupported on aarch64

From: Tobias Geerinckx-Rice
Subject: bug#41120: uvesafb service is unsupported on aarch64
Date: Wed, 29 Dec 2021 23:03:25 +0100

I wrote the attached quick fix, then noticed that this bug is paired with #29296 which seems to propose a whole 'nother mechanism?

I'm not sure I grok the latter's advantage yet.

Kind regards,

T G-R
