I believe so. Borrowing from the manual I tried the following command
and it showed that it was going to build v86d.

guix system image --system=armhf-linux -e '((@ (gnu system install) 
os-with-u-boot) (@ (gnu system install) installation-os) 
"A20-OLinuXino-Lime2")' -n
