Grub gives error 28 with Intel D850EMV2 motherboard

Hello all,

I recently upgraded from an Intel D850MV to an Intel D850EMV2(most
recent bios "P15") motherboard and Grub now gives an error 28 on boot.
All other hardware stayed the same(except for cpu), and the old board
worked fine.

Rest of the hardware:
GeForce 3 Ti 500
512 MB rambus memory
Pentium 4 2.8 GHz
Adaptec 2110s scsi raid card
(2) Seagate 65 GB scsi hard drives
Lite-On dvd drive
3.5" floppy
Soundblaster live!

Any suggestions?
