For Debian, I haven't moved to Python 3 yet mostly because I haven't had a
chance to look at what would be involved, but I believe Debian is hoping
to be mostly or entirely off of Python 2 by the release after the upcoming
one, in line with Python upstream's end of life date of 2020.
