What version of GNUBG are you using. Help Menu/About/Buildinfo the line
at the top should show the build number. What platform OS are you using
(Windows9, Win8, OSX, Ubuntu etc? What analysis level are you using
(Settings Menu/Analysis/Analysis Level option is what I'd like to know)?
Were you using tutor mode while playing and it told you these errors. If
this was in Tutor mode, what tutor level do you use -  you can see that
here: Settings Menu/Analysis/Eval Hint/Tutor Level). If you saved the
analysed match as an SGF file I'd be able to look at it here to see the
actual evaluations.

The reason I ask these questions is that my copy of GNUBG (0.90-mingw
20121023) has an analysis shows that the only one GNUBG disagreed a bit
with was the 63 and it didn't even rate as doubtful. It had about a
0.030 error. The rest of the moves the bot agreed with your plays.
