[Bug-gnubg] Cube not available in edit mode when turning off Crawford

Let's say you want to edit the above position, which is the Crawford
game, to make it post-Crawford with South holding a 2 cube. If you click
on the Edit button, then uncheck Crawford, the cube remains hidden. In
order to set the cube, you must exit edit mode (the cube appears), then
reenter.
