[Bug-gnubg] Exporting to BBS format

I seem to have corrupted my export settings and can't get them back.
I did an install of windows build 020930 today and it's gone wrong, even though 
I was previously using the 020930 snapshot.

My settings are for :
set export html pictureurl  ../Images/
set export html type bbs

I am getting rubbish characters in my html:

" alt="" /><img src="../Images/p_up_0.
" 
alt="&nbsp;'" /><img src="../Images/p_ud_w_3.
" alt="3X" />


Furthermore, despite the above settings, when I start GnuBg and open the Export 
Settings window, FIBS2HTML is selected.
If I select BBS..OK, then back to FIBS2HTML...OK I get a program crash.
