The reported string does not seem to occur anymore in
http://translationproject.org/PO-files/de/diffutils-2.8.7.de.po ; it is
commented:

#~ msgid "Binary files %s and %s differ\n"
#~ msgstr "Binärdateien %s and %s sind verschieden.\n"

These days better send reports to

    address@hidden

I think we should add this address to the German output of 'diff --help'.
